Founded in 1998 as a non-profit trade association in Washington, DC, the International Biometric Industry Association (IBIA) represents the manufacturers, developers, and solution providers of biometric technologies used in electronic human identity authentication – face, fingerprint, hand, iris, vascular, speech, as well as skin/dermis.
